Terms of Service.

By accessing and using the services provided by EHUB IT WEB SOLUTION, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

EHUB IT WEB SOLUTION provides web development, digital marketing, software development and related IT services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each project are defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an advance payment before project commencement, with remaining payments due upon milestone completion or project delivery.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use general concepts, techniques and knowledge gained during the project.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

EHUB IT WEB SOLUTION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Any changes to the agreed project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All modifications must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
